It's technically impossible to bring the car in /dm's by hackers, there fore it is an admin. I'll contact Razgriz about this. Also, he didn't have health hacks. As he was not technically in the /dm (server wasn't aware of that) the /god stayed.

Did Razgriz interrupt the DM in any way, besides spawning the car? If he did, that could be a significant abuse of his admin status.
