Why should you be unbanned?: Because I don't even know what lag.cs is. The admin in question banned me over a desynced shot before he got slumped. With all due respect, the server has no syncronization at all, how's it my fault? I previously shot many times to Sajugs and not registering damage, but I didn't blame 'lag.cs' on him, yet one shot doesn't register for him and I get the ban hammer.

You were not banned over one desynced shot. You weren't taking half the shots during the entire TDM, while the rest of the players did just fine. Your ping and PL were fine too, a pretty obvious case of lag.cs usage. The video above shows only a few clips of what happened.

So, what really happened?

First clip: Wall shooting. SAMP lag allows to peek just a bit around corners and shoot safely, while the animation on others' screen is still going on. I had the same issue with you, but it doesn't mean we both have 'lag.cs'.

Second clip: While the first shots were well placed, the Wall shooting technique still denied any damage taken by me, however, by the time you got close enough your shots were landing on the invisible bit of cover over the wooden door itself and not on my character.

Third clip: SAMP delayed response. As you can see, I started to move on your screen exactly by the time you pulled the trigger, that means that I was moving long time ago before on my SAMP client, no damage registered.

The thing is, my shots were not registering as much as yours. How am I responsible for the buggy sync' of the server? You think that you're the only one who gets this problem, but that's the reason this is not a synced shooting server.

Besides, why would I even have such thing when I've been playing on this server almost a year, me and my friends? Why would I attempt to get advantage over a shooting game that doesn't save statistics? Don't you think it's unmature to get this so called 'lag.cs' over this worthless minigame?

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the server as much as you do. But this is simply wrong. I have done nothing besides playing the game.

Point is, it's not the servers sync. The sync with everyone else was just fine and I take the possibility of unsynced shots into account. As I already mentioned, these are but a few clips I put together where direct shots with you wouldn't register.

Either way, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and unban you for now, but we'll be keeping a close eye on you.
